Embracing grief

Grief has a certain heaviness that many emotions don’t carry. The feeling of losing a loved one or someone close takes a mental and physical toll on most people. It can rob us of hope and take away a piece of happiness, but it does not have to be permanent. We can’t eliminate grief immediately but we can control how much it affects us and how to handle it in the future. It is a process of accepting loss and learning to move forward with your life. In these moments we need to be the most patient with ourselves, we need to steer clear of blaming ourselves and others for a loss, this only fuels grief more and traps us in a vicious circle. It can be a difficult process for some to attempt to repair while everything seems to be falling apart, but it is possible. A better tomorrow is certain and it starts with you.

Many people are scared to approach the unknown. They fear everything they do not know or understand, and this mindset will forever trap them in the clutches of stagnation.
